Transparent Jet Engine Parts Bug

Noticed that with this mod installed I am getting some transparent textures/ shaders on the stock jet engine parts.

<EDIT> This issue also appears to exist with some of the air intakes too.

Uninstalling Textures Unlimited fixes the issue, but that would mean having to play without all the shiny things and that makes me sad.
