Engine textures broken during flight.

While in the VAB the engine textures are perfectly fine but whenever I attempt to launch my rocket the engine textures seem to disappear and it is just pure black.

Check your in-game graphics settings (The stock ones).

Set the reflections to 'real time' or whatever the similar wording is.
