MFT Tanks - Misplaced Interstage Nodes

As reported on forums, MFT tanks are lacking or have misplaced nodes.

This is being caused by model definitions for adapters/etc lacking FAIRING definitions. It is the fairing defs that determine placement of the interstage nodes.

Will need to investigate the best method to set these parameters for all adapters.
