Would it be possible to incluse an overclock tool in next release ?

Since ppl widely overclock RAM now for TOTK, it would make sense.

I don't know, I don't want to include modules because they could cause a lots of issues during boot, specificaly when a major firmware or Atmosphere update. At the other hand Sys-clk doesn't seems to be affected by these updates very often (not like MissionControl or Ldn_mitm for example witch are realyt often affected), I'll think about it.
