No FB0 in NVIDIA Quadro?

/dev/fb0 is not created when the ISO is run under VirtualBox. I've tried the different options for VB graphics controller without success. FB0 is created under a default Debian 10 install in VirtualBox, so I don't think it's a VB conflict. I have not yet tried in on physical hardware.

@rnsi Added Boschs display DRM for qemu. I tried with VirtualBox drivers but it did not render fbDoom correctly. Please try qemu with the command qemu-system-x86_64 DoomLinux.iso. And thanks for your continuous feedback.

I tried the ISO on physical hardware: On a Dell i5 Gen2 laptop with Intel graphics, fbdoom loads, but the screen is scrambled. On a HP desktop with NVIDIA Quadro K2200, it fails to create FB0.

It boots fast, though!
