Add mobile nav

Hello i'm trying to test my website on mobile but nav isn't responsive

I want to chime in with some additional context. The existing Navigation Menu component. Isn't accessible to WCAG 1.4.10 because it causes 2-dimensional scrolling on smaller screens or when zoomed in.

A common practice is to collapse menu items down into a hamburger menu, but that may not be suitable for all uses of this component. At a minimum I would expect this component to push menu items down for smaller screens, rather than needing the user to scroll horizontally.

@Nithur-M The best I could do was render the Sheet component when my mobile breakpoint is met :/
