[bug]: Navigation Menu `div` doesn't morph along x-axis as cursor moves across `<NavigationMenuItem />`

Describe the bug

When the cursor moves from one <NavigationMenuItem /> to another, the expected behavior is a smooth morphing of the div, the div snaps based on the size of the next <NavigationMenuItem />.
