The 404 page of `ui.shadcn.com` is not handled correctly

The dark mode is okay, which is just nextjs default 404 page

@pilladipesh33 I've opened a PR for it to fix the issue (see above) but it still seems blocked at the moment.

This issue should not be closed, since in the light mode, 404 descriptions and shadcn/ui logo is still missing
