Inability to Click NavigationPrevious and NavigationNext Buttons in Calendar Component Due to Overlapping Icons
Description
Issue
The recent addition of icons to the NavigationPrevious and NavigationNext buttons in the calendar component has introduced an issue where clicking directly on the icons is not registering. The clickable area seems to be limited to the space around the icons, making it difficult for users to interact with the buttons as intended.
Expected Behavior
Users should be able to click both on the icons and the surrounding areas of the NavigationPrevious and NavigationNext buttons to navigate through the calendar.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the calendar component.
- Attempt to click directly on the icons of the
NavigationPreviousandNavigationNextbuttons. - Observe that the buttons are not responsive when clicked directly on the icons.
Current Behavior
Clicking directly on the icons of the NavigationPrevious and NavigationNext buttons does not trigger the expected navigation action.
Proposed Solution
I propose updating the code to ensure that the clickable area of the buttons includes both the icons and their immediate surroundings. The following modification to the relevant code snippets should address the issue:
// Existing code
"use client"
import * as React from "react"
import { ChevronLeft, ChevronRight } from "lucide-react"
import { DayPicker } from "react-day-picker"

I cannot reproduce the reported behavior, I tried it on Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and this is working fine.
Maybe I can understand this wrong, can you please give more details or evidences?
