Select is not scrollable in doc

There is a scrollable example in documentation. I copied and paste this code and it doesn't work. Probably, you forgot to add something important staff to description. Because i don't understand how it is working in your example but doesn't on my local code

Maybe do a fresh install for select. I had installed the select component back on Sept 2.

This isn't quite the same as the example in the docs. There is no indication that the user can scroll the area to uncover more options. The docs example has an arrow that when you hover will scroll through the items for you.
