draft: feat(components): add material style

Starting with the Switch component, this adds a style to match Material UI.

I wanted to put this PR up to gauge the interest in adding a new style like this. I can do the work but would rather know if we want it before putting in all of the time!

I've copied the new-york styles for everything but the Switch component if anyone is wanting to view this locally.

We obviously don't need to merge this work until all of the styles are done, I just wanted to start the conversation.

(Please ignore the generated content in registry/styles I did this on Windows lol)

I really really support this. This should pretty much be the aim; levelling out the UI playing field so we can have different themes with the same awesome shadcn / radix API.

I'd recommend:

• Material
• Spectrum
• Ant
• Base (Uber)

As themes for anyone to take up. Would be epic.
