Feature Request: Community-made Components

Allow for users to easily download / manage community built components using shadcn through CLI along with official community gallery to showcase what they've built with shadcn

for example installation could be something like this npx shadcn-ui@latest add community/<component> or npx shadcn-ui/community@latest add <component>

shadcn is not a package so using npx shadcn-ui is antithetical to the ethos of this project.
