Pass shouldFilter to command through commandDialog

When you want the command component not to filter the elements we pass 'shouldFilter' as a prop with the value 'false.' However, when using 'CommandDialog,' we cannot pass that prop to the components to prevent the command from filtering.

I just changed the command components in both the default and New York versions.
