New post without pressing Save button still persists posts (back button or browser back)

Steps to repro:

1. Sign in with GitHub
2. Click 'New Post' button in top right
3. Click 'Back' button in top left

Expected Behavior: Still no posts in the list

Actual behavior: There's a new post in the list 'Untitled Post {today's date}'
