To replace option of #193 Combine short lines with succeeding lines

This would combine all the lines of a pauri. So in the example of:

ਸੁਣਿਐ ਸਿਧ ਪੀਰ ਸੁਰਿ ਨਾਥ ॥ Listening-the Siddhas, the spiritual teachers, the heroic warriors, the yogic masters. ਸੁਣਿਐ ਧਰਤਿ ਧਵਲ ਆਕਾਸ ॥ Listening-the earth, its support and the Akaashic ethers. ਸੁਣਿਐ ਦੀਪ ਲੋਅ ਪਾਤਾਲ ॥ Listening-the oceans, the lands of the world and the nether regions of the underworld. ਸੁਣਿਐ ਪੋਹਿ ਨ ਸਕੈ ਕਾਲੁ ॥ Listening-Death cannot even touch you. ਨਾਨਕ ਭਗਤਾ ਸਦਾ ਵਿਗਾਸੁ ॥ O Nanak, the devotees are forever in bliss. ਸੁਣਿਐ ਦੂਖ ਪਾਪ ਕਾ ਨਾਸੁ ॥੮॥ Listening-pain and sin are erased. ||8||

It would become:

Listening-the Siddhas, the spiritual teachers, the heroic warriors, the yogic masters. Listening-the earth, its support and the Akaashic ethers. Listening-the oceans, the lands of the world and the nether regions of the underworld. Listening-Death cannot even touch you. O Nanak, the devotees are forever in bliss. Listening-pain and sin are erased. ||8||

User would then have to change the font size to accommodate or turn off the setting for longer pauris. This setting would not affect overlay which would need it's own option. The navigator can still have separate lines. Choosing the first should not highlight anything. Choosing any non-first should highlight the gurbani and english/translit/etc. Need new color variables.

Related #378 and #188 to allow copying grouped or ungrouped.

Could also help in the reading of Asa Di Vaar on iPads. Where each "section" is grouped together. User can then turn off all but gurbani for easier reading.

I also would like to see an overlay option to see the entire pauri on one projector and then a "detailed" projector with the translations/translit and the actual selected gurbani line on a different projector.
