Support sandbox modules

Sandbox modules cannot be opened with DrupalPod browser extension (ie. https://www.drupal.org/project/2907565/issues/3253782)

Make sandbox modules first citizen.

Although this feature sounds useful, there is an open issue to deprecate sandbox project type.

The "sandbox" project type is deprecated and will eventually be removed. See this issue.
