Push code to git.drupalcode.org without SSH setup

Current SSH setup adds friction and complexity to user adoption.

Describe the solution you'd like

While SSH setup was a necessity to push code in issue-forks, now that Gitpod integration is possible through https://git.drupalcode.org/-/profile/preferences, we can bypass SSH access in order to push code.
