Interdiff command not found

Describe the bug

The interdiff command is not found.

To Reproduce

Spin up a DrupalPod from a Drupal.org issue and attempt to run the interdiff command.

Expected behavior

Based on #14, I expect that the interdiff command would be available.

I see the culprit. The patchutils install was first commented out in 38edc86 in #70, with the comment finally being removed in a69bfd7 via #73.
