Hi, I have a stupid question Can i add mqtt devices from zigbee2mqtt to smartthings with this?

I'm not familiar with zigbee2mqtt but as long as your device or service can publish MQTT messages you can control an equivalent device in ST.

To be clear though, it doesn't create a device for you in ST. You have to create the device yourself. (I have found that I use the Virtual Switch Type in ST).
