[Feature Request] Support to display warning when a message fails to deliver

Edit - The nondelivery was not WebMessage's fault, it looks like my throwaway Apple ID no longer takes incoming iMessages

This is technically already supported. If you don't get the delivered receipt, then the message wasn't delivered

I'm reopening this because I just had a failed message in a group chat, and there aren't delivered tags in group chats
