Weird result with your upload model and word map

Hi, Thank you for the detailed tutorial, it helps me a lot. When I use your model to evaluate the performance on COCO data set. It return the bleu score of 0.00.... I'm sure that I change the path of the checkpoint and word map in eval.py and still can't figure what happen to it. Can you give me some suggestion? image
