Background failing on Android 12

On Android 12, when the app is minimised the downloading stops. On reopening the app, the download continues.

Steps to replicate Case 1:

1. start a download
2. put the app on background, don’t kill it
3. come back 5 mins later
4. download will be stuck

Case 2:

1. start a download
2. lock the phone
3. come back 5 mins later
4. download will be stuck

Issue is only present on Android 12. Tested the above cases on Android 6, 9, 11 and have passed.
