Meters don't work in VST3

For the multi-out the meters don't even switch to multiple outs.

Seems it happens on Fedora 36 but not Ubuntu 20.04.

It doesn't work for me too (Arch with latest 2 VSTGUI and bundled versions), both multi and stereo versions, so VST in general, need to see if also with the AU; LV2 works in both cases.

In case of LV2 multi I thought there was some corrupt graphics, but they were tiny vumeters instead 😝 We miss a mixer tab for that.

While testing for #2 I noticed that vumeters are working in Reaper, not in Carla, which is the only host I use.
