how do I run the setup.py file

when I run the setup.py file ， it appears ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed--subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['ninja', '-v']' returned non-zero exit status 1--RuntimeError: Error compiling objects for extension。 how to solve it?
