Allow user to choose default page that opens at startup.

Great extension. How about been able to expand sidebar with more width than now

@javoec That's not possible since this addin utilizes sidebar provided by browser API, and the sidebar looks like not originally for browsing imo. I think this addin is abusing the sidebar page for navigating external sites.
