Hello!

  1. l358 is not an analog of ad822. If the lm358 was good for this i would put it itno the schematics, The magic is that lm358 is working like random generator and the controller become instable.
  2. Noise will be vanished as soon as you use accurate op-amp. It is a magic. :)
