Possible Windows installer problem

I’m having trouble installing the latest Windows version of Card Creatr.

I click on the Windows link, which prompts my Edge browser to warn me it’s not downloaded often check for viruses etc, but when it comes to opening the file, I don’t have an app that installs it and I can’t find any that work already on my computer via ‘open with’.

What software do I already need to be able to install Card Creatr?
