Document the key tutorial/demo networks

Largely done; needs additional info on what those demos are doing.

Concurrently adapted Application.cc and various .ned and .ini files to make LoneInitiatorAddress a settable parameter, forcing user to pick when starting.

Still TODO:

• [ ] when TrafficPattern = 0, output a message but don't run any traffic
• [ ] test ES on the 12-hop line
• [x] set each of the networks to be selectable link tomo on/off, purification on/off, traffic = 0,1,2
• [x] add the above into the documentation
