rename HoM -> BSA

HOM (Hong-Ou-Mandel) is the name of a two photons interference effect. so the name of this component should be "BSA Node" or "BsaNode". https://github.com/sfc-aqua/quisp/blob/master/quisp/modules/HoM.ned

  • rename the component name
  • fix topologies that use HoM as a Node in ned files.
