PPTX- or other drawing program-originated design docs

Some design documents (QRSA structure, router structure including state machines for different QNIC types) seem to have gotten misplaced somewhere.

In particular:

• "router software architecture.pdf"
• multicomputer-router-150429.pdf

though there may be others. Need a solution that encompasses both a useful form for the wiki (PNG? PDF?) and the source (in this case, pptx for both, I think).

The page https://github.com/sfc-aqua/quisp/blob/master/doc/Router%20Architecture.md attempts to link to PDFs of both of those, but links are busted.
