ER: tab header isn't sticky

The fix from EMS doesn't seem to have made it over.

This is on iOS, and looks like it's a stage vs. dev issue. It's possible to slide the page up and move the header on stage, whereas the header doesn't move on dev.

Hmm, dev and stage are running the exact same code...?

Possibly it had something to do with how many ringdowns were in the different environments?
