Don't reset joystick position when mapping from REL to ABS

Hello, i'm trying to map mouse X axis to gamepad X axis, but it maps the mouse movement speed, not it's position. I tried almost anything but it still returns to zero after stopping moving the mouse. Is it a missing feature, or just i am doing something wrong?

This is my current config. The problem is that i don't want it to return back to zero after stopping moving it, since i want to use it as steer in a driving simulator.
