[bug反馈]分辨率大于4k的图片本地加载过慢
对于已经下载好的图库，只要图库里面的图片大于2MB(jpg图片貌似只要4k以上就会比2MB大),那么ehview基本上就无法加载，一直在转圈圈 准确说是图片分辨率大于4096x6417px这种图片，ehview的图片加载器基本上就罢工了 老大要不然加个调用本地图片浏览器的功能吧
