not enough space to display all action buttons

Hello, may I ask if there is a workaround for the following issue?

In one of my workspaces I've got a lot of action buttons. Unfortunately they aren't shown if the vscode window is too narrow. See the giphy below:

Would it be possible to wrap the buttons in a popupmenu or something like this?

Why not reduce the names of things to one emoji for simplicity?
