Hi,

I've been trooblshooted a strange case of log saying "Could not resolve external IP Address". Having a quick look at github i've found that xbs_upnp.EXTERNAL_IP_WEB_SERVICE (http://automation.whatismyip.com/n09230945.asp) is down.

tested with http://icanhazip.com/ instead. it works fine
