I bought the emerald plan, because it was cheap for good specs, but turns out it wasn't. There were like 5 downtimes during the month, one of them took 2 days, the others 1-2 hours. The support claims to be 24/7, but one time, when I asked for support, they said they are sleeping. Also they don't give any free databases.
There's no evidence submitted regarding any of your claims, unless provided they cannot be listed

They have turned maintenance off for almost everywhere, but they left it on the de nodes "just to be sure" that their uptime doesn't get damaged

And also i had sent like 20 messages one day without a reply(one of the days of the 2 days when the whole host crashed)
And also, when I'm writing this, I cannot even see if they have tos, since their website is down
