Indexes on Views Don't Script Correctly

The index script created for indexes on views, only include the last column in the index and are missing all other columns.

Do you have an index script I could use to repro this so I can fix?

IXU_rvw_Daily_Check_Summary_Comp SSMS – was generated via SSMS. The others were created via Schemazen.

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear. If you could give me the definition of an indexed view that is causing this problem (or a sanitised version thereof) including the index definition, I will try and fix.
