It does! :) There is a json feed. http://pub.dartlang.org/packages.json You have to page through it, though.
This game is super duper old. SM2 is no longer the right way to do it. You should use Web Audio API. I'll update the README to indicate this game...

The observatory runs in its own isolate, so it's not interfering with the isolate that hosts the analysis service. There should be no performance implications.
