Feature Request: Add Hugo / Nginx Static for simple landing pages

Hiya.

Thought this would be a cool idea for anyone that wants to host a static page to describe/list the services being hosted for public instances. I'm wrapping my head around learning Traefik and thought it would be cool if you could add something like this.
