Sounds and Lights aren't working

I'm running the Steam Workshop ATS on my ArmA3 dedicated server (Wasteland game mode). The trains are drivable and seem to work fine, but if I push H there's no horn or G there's no bells and L no lights come on. I also get no sound effects from the train.

I have a fairly strict battleeye filter (created by the A3Wasteland guys) but am not sure if this would be affecting it.

Any help would be great :)

Disregard lights, just read that the lights only work on some trains. I'm only using the default locomotives located within Tonoa
