SA_AdvancedTowing.pbo file name must be in lowercase, for linux filesystems to work properly.

and folder name SA_AdvancedTowing inside distr package better to make in lower case too, toprevent from errors on packing.

Can confirm, these mods weren't working, server startup command would fail outright;

I went through and renamed every file in AdvancedTowing, AdvancedRapelling, AdvancedSlingLoading to have no capitals, and now it's working fine.
