not working for me in Exile. ... I think is infiSTAR block it.

User can show menu, but when do "deploy ropes" menu appear and disappear .

Just hit space bar again after the menu disappears. It should deploy a rope..

If anyone experincing these issue, please make sure you that you enabled commanding menu in showHud in description.ext of your mission file.
