building bitcoin 0.21.0 from source fails on freebsd 11

v0.21.1 builds ok, see if this: https://github.com/seth586/guides/pull/13 fixes this.

Try building v0.21.1 and let us know if you still have problems.

Would also be useful to know what FreeBSD version you are on & gm4 version gm4 --version
