I have docker fox osx: Version 17.09.0-ce-mac35 (19611) Channel: stable a98b7c1b7c

Step error 4: ADD failed: stat /var/lib/docker/tmp/docker-builder699318153/rsyncd.conf: no such file or directory

You likely did not clone this repo and created the Dockerfile yourself
