install for python 2 and python 3 on windows10

I cannot succeed to install editwithidlex on python3.7, it always proposes python2.7. How to change that? saw on stackover the same questions without answers thanks for help and your work!

I should modify the script to to have get_python_executable return sys.executable on py3.
