Tab behaviour inconsistent between devices and browser

This is great, but tab history only works like this in the browser.

On device (android) the tabs don't keep their internal history, the back button simply closes the tabs page.

Not sure whether this is a bug with this project in particular, or more Ionic/Cordova, anyway I'm posting it here.
