Should Servo still use dirs-next dependency?

I am not particularly knowledgeable about the history of the dirs and dirs-next crates but as far as I can tell dirs is no longer abandoned and dirs-next does not appear to be actively maintained at this point. Servo is still using dirs-next in font-kit and servo_config. Should Servo switch back to using dirs or some other crate?

Let's switch back to dirs. I have released a new version of font-kit doing this.
