Ubuntu 19.04 Support

Sorry but your System is not supported by this script, if you want your system supported open an issue on GitHub: https://github.com/servisys/ispconfig_setup/issues

It is possible that this script will work if you manually set the DISTRO variable to a version of ubuntu that is supported.

as i know, ispconfig3 do not Support 19.04. So this Scripts will also not Support it ;)

19.10 is not supported eitheir

19.04 is no lts version and is nmot supported by ispconfig

Yea agree if you can add support for 19.04 it would help, I had to downgrade to 18.04 LTS to get ISPConfig to install
