Web UI tests using the OSCM reverse proxy

Summary OSCM should be e2e-tested using the proxy without port URLs.

Details At the moment the oscm-proxy is not used in the UI tests.

• [ ] Adapt portal integration tests in jenkinsscripts to start with oscm-proxy
• [ ] Create a initial setup test for mail login
• [ ] For internal mode: Adapt test helper method that reads credentials from email
• [ ] Adapt setup in oscm-ui-tests
• [ ] Adapt mail URL in webtest.properties
• [ ] Remove ports from URLs in web tests

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] UI tests are running successful without port URLs
