XSD links in wsdls

There is wrong xsd address in wsdls which are delivered by our servlets. Compare the outputs: https://host:8181/IdentityService/BASIC?wsdl - good https://host:8181/oscm/IdentityService/BASIC?wsdl - bad The best test is to create client using soap UI.
